Grundlegend ist eine Zelle wie der Ery immer aus "zahllosen" Molekülen aufgebaut. Zellen und Moleküle sind zwei ganz verschiedene Dimensionen.
Speziell zum Ery und zum Hämoglobin:
(Alles pi mal Daumen)
30g Hb = 0,2 mol Hb
Im Ery sind 30pg Hb, also ca. 0,2 * 10 hoch minus 12 mol
Da ein Mol 6 * 10 hoch 23 Moleküle besitzt (Avogadrosche Zahl), hat ein Ery ca. 2 * 6 * 10 hoch 10 Hb Moleküle
Das wären also ca 120 Milliarden Hb Moleküle, von denen jedes vier O2 binden kann. (Ich hoffe, ich habe jetzt nicht zuviele Stellen durcheinandergebracht. Vielleicht sind es auch nur 12 Milliarde Moleküle). Wesentlich ist aber: unglaublich viele Moleküle pro Zelle.
Bei einer hypochromen Störungen der Erys kommt es zu einer geringeren Anzahl von Hb Molekülen pro Ery.
